On Saturday, JULY 29, join us for the 8th Annual Strides For Strong Bones Fun, Run or Walk at Waterfront Park. FREE screenings are done at this event as well. If you aren't participating in the triathlon or duathlon, this is a great way to support strong bones!

  • Late Registration and packet pick up for Strides For Strong Bones  7:30 am - 8:30 am
  • Race Start Time - 9:00 am (Strides For Strong Bones 3 or 6 mile)
  • 9:00 am - 11:00 am Free Bone density screenings, vendors 
  • Awards Ceremony for Strides For Strong Bones 10:30 am

  • 12:00 - 5:00 pm Packet Pick Up & Late Registration at Waterfront Park for Tri and Du It!

  • 8:20 am ALL TRIATHLON RELAY TEAMS start (Men, Women & Mixed)
  • 8:25, 8:30 am WOMEN TRIATHLON Individual start
  • Racer Recovery Lounge open for participants, free bone           density screenings
  • 10:00 am - 12:00 Noon Bike and Transition area Secure check out
  • 10:30 am  Awards Ceremonies begin (approximate)

TRI AND DU IT! Triathlon and Duathlon is working with the Medical Lake Food Bank to collect food donations for the community.  The MLFB helps staff our run course and you will see their smiling faces and hear their cheering at the run course water stations.  Thank you!
